SERVICES

We are proud of our reputation as an independent Steel Service Center that stands behind our commitments.  We have in-house capability of doing the following:

• Shearing 
  • 2 shears to 1/2" x 12'
• Sawing 
  • Vertical & horizontal band saws with automatic feed and miter cutting.
• Burning
  • Three burn machines with CNC controls, plasma and oxy-gas cutting.  
• Forming 
  • 500 ton press brake 20' long.  Forming up to 20', CNC controlled.
  • 300 ton hydraulic press brake forming to 3/8" x 10' plate.
• Rolls 
  • Davi 10' x 3/4" plate rolls.
• Punching 
  • 1 1/8" through 1"
  •  5" through 3/16"
• Drilling 
  • to 2 1/2"
